DALLAS, TX (StLouisRestaurantReview) Last year, COVID-19 shutdowns destroyed many restaurants and industry-related jobs, restricted access to fresh food for struggling communities, and presented lasting new challenges for frontline workers.  Bar Louie is eager to launch its newest Cocktails for a Cause program in support of World Central Kitchen (WCK), an international nonprofit organization founded by José Andrés that uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies in times of crisis and beyond.
